Each year, the Smithsonian offers some of the country’s best internships in the public humanities. There are positions available at virtually all of their archives, galleries, and museums.

Many of these offer spring internships, which require you to submit your application during the next few weeks. There will also be hundreds of summer Smithsonian Internships, with various deadlines from January through March.
