Ottolenghi is widely beloved for his internationally best-selling cookbooks, including Plenty, Jerusalem, Plenty More, and Ottolenghi Simple. Jerusalem was awarded Cookbook of the Year by the International Association of Culinary Professionals and Best International Cookbook by the James Beard Foundation. Ottolenghi will be in conversation with Chef Rocco Whalen of Fahrenheit, and will conduct a cooking demo from his latest book, Ottolenghi Flavor.

Writer/naturalist/activist Terry Tempest Williams is known for her fierce advocacy and impassioned, lyrical prose.
