CWRU Students can enjoy the Writers Center Stage Series for free this fall! The event is co-hosted by CWRU and the Cuyahoga County Public Library. Student tickets are available via CampusGroups.
With vivid characters, mesmerizing language and page-turning suspense, Madeline Miller’s Circe is an epic celebration of indomitable female strength in a man’s world. Now in development as an HBO Max series, the novel won the Indies Choice Best Adult Fiction of the Year Award and was shortlisted for the 2019 Women’s Prize for Fiction. Miller has taught and tutored Latin, Greek and Shakespeare to high school students for more than 15 years. Her first novel, The Song of Achilles, won the 2012 Orange Prize for Fiction.
