The Center offers a limited number of competitive grants to support travel to collections. "Collection" is used here to denote libraries, museums, and other related holdings of original archival material not available in the United States or via interlibrary loan services or digitization.
Funds are available to full-time faculty in the arts and humanities within the College of Arts and Sciences and full-time SAGES instructors at Case Western Reserve University.
Resulting publications and presentations should acknowledge the support of the Baker-Nord Center. Please submit copies of any acknowledgements.
Funds are available as reimbursement only. All awardees will be required to produce a final report (2 pages in length) before funds will be released.
Reimbursement should be processed through the recipient's home department with the speedtype provided once the final report has been received.
Final reports for 2013-2014 will be due by 31 December 2014. All reimbursements must be processed by 31 December 2014.
