Mark Warren (Wesleyan ’75) put together his own major in American Studies. He is a psychiatrist and Chief Medical Office of the Emily Program, which provides a full spectrum of treatment for eating disorders.
Ashley Faulx (Swarthmore ’88) majored in art history. She is a gastroenterologist at University Hospitals Case Medical Center and the director of Endoscopy at the Louis Stokes VA Medical Center.
Jeremy Lipman (Boston College ‘99) majored in English. He a colon and rectal surgeon at Metrohealth Medical Center.
Welles Henderson (Harvard ’00) majored in art history and architecture. He is a Fellow in the Department of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, University Hospitals Case Medical Center.
Richard Cartabuke (CWRU ‘09) majored in biology and history (completing a master’s degree in history his senior year). He is a 3rd year resident in internal medicine at the Cleveland Clinic, where he will become Chief Medical Resident and Associate Clinical Staff in July 2016.
